Trump Claims US Will Get Iran's 'Nuclear Dust' Without Paying
US President Donald Trump has denied that an agreement with Iran regarding its nuclear programme will involve any costs. He claimed that his country will obtain ‘nuclear dust’ or ‘nuclear dust’ in Iran without spending any money. According to AFP, on Saturday (18/4/2026), Trump’s statement was made following an Axios report stating that Washington is considering exchanging $20 billion in cash for the enriched uranium material. ‘The US will get all the ’Nuclear Dust’, which is produced by our great B2 bomber aircraft - No money will change hands in any form,’ Trump said on his Truth Social network. The ‘nuclear dust’ in question is uranium created by the B-2 bomber aircraft during Operation Midnight Hammer on 25 June 2025. The attack, launched using B-2 bombers, targeted Iran’s nuclear facilities at Fordo and other locations, resulting in the enriched uranium being buried deep underground.
