Truly disgusting ad on 'ANteve'

MTV 100 percent Indonesia is one of the programs on ANteve
featuring the latest music video clips of the country's singers.
In its one-hour program aired on Oct. 31, 2001, ANteve
deliberately inserted a porn clip, in which singer Jennifer Lopez
of the USA, scantily clad with her back to the camera, was seen
throwing her bra to it.

I am sure that ANteve did it intentionally to arouse viewers
as, just before the clip was shown, VJ Shanti was
enthusiastically elaborating on the making of the latest clip of
Titi Dj, in collaboration with Indonesian artist divas such as
Melly G, Ruth Sahanaya, Reza, Rita Effendi and others.

Unfortunately her explanation could have led viewers into
believing that the naked artist was one of the divas because she
gave no further explanation about the porn clip inserted as an
ad. Or was it a deliberate act by ANteve to harm viewers'
sensibilities and at the same time abuse the divas?

ANteve should not have called the program 100 percent
Indonesia, if it is still eager to insert "impurities" into the
program, because to go on a porn spree is not our tradition.
Hopefully ANteve can be more selective in the future.
