Trucks on toll road

As a toll road user, it often happens to me that my view is
blocked when I drive along the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road.

The reason is that large trucks bound for Central Java are
usually parked at night at a site close to the Jatibening toll
gate in East Jakarta.

This site has been a base of sorts for these trucks for quite
a few months and I don't know whether or not it is officially
designated by the relevant authorities. There is no notice that
the place is intended for this purpose. If the authorities do not
take action, I'm afraid vehicles can pull up anywhere, causing
greater problems of congestion and security on the toll road.

I hope the relevant authorities will promptly give their
response.
