JAKARTA — ADRO reported that Triputra Investindo Arya has increased its stake in ADRO by purchasing 20.47 million shares, spending approximately Rp45.4 billion. In a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Triputra Investindo Arya increased its holdings by 20.47 million shares. The purchase increased Triputra’s stake to 209.17 million shares, representing 0.71% of ADRO’s total shares. Management stated the transaction was for investment purposes, as reported on Tuesday, 26 May 2026. The share purchases were made in three separate transactions: 6.78 million shares at Rp2,210 each, followed by 4.03 million shares at Rp2,230, and 9.65 million shares at Rp2,200 per share. The total expenditure for the 20.47 million shares was Rp45.43 billion. As of 30 April 2026, ADRO’s shares were predominantly held by PT Adaro Strategic Investment as the controlling shareholder, with 14.04 billion shares representing 48.79% ownership. A further 11.63 billion shares, or 39.57%, were held by the public, with the remaining 589.19 million shares (2%) classified as treasury shares. ADRO currently has a total of 29.38 billion shares, with Garibaldi Thohir holding 1.87 billion shares, or 6.72% of the total. The current free float for ADRO is 8.32 billion shares, representing 28.34% of the total shares. In addition to Garibaldi Thohir, tycoon TP Rachmat holds 890.21 million shares (3.03%), Edwin Soeryadjaya holds 1.05 billion shares (3.58%), and Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno holds 611.8 million shares (2.08%).
