Triputra Agro Receives IDR 1.29 Trillion Dividend from Subsidiary

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) has announced an affiliated transaction concerning the dividend distribution by its entity, PT Agro Multi Persada (AMP).

According to information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), shareholders approved the distribution of AMP’s dividend to all shareholders in accordance with their ownership portions. This was agreed upon during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST).

PT Agro Multi Persada distributed a total dividend valued at IDR 1,297,893,760,350. With an ownership portion of 94.93%, PT Triputra Agro Persada is expected to receive the largest share of the dividend distribution.

The share ownership structure of PT Agro Multi Persada shows that PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk controls 94.93% of AMP’s shares, making it the primary recipient of the dividend distribution. Meanwhile, the other shareholders are PT Tri Nur Cakrawala (TNC) with 1.97% ownership, PT Triputra Investindo Arya (TIA) with 1.91%, and PT Daya Adicipta Mustika (DAM) with 1.19%.

The company’s management affirmed that this affiliated transaction does not have a material impact on the operational activities, financial condition, or business continuity of PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk. “There is no material impact from the dividend distribution transaction of the company’s controlled entity, PT Agro Multi Persada (AMP),” management wrote.
