Triputra Agro Boss Sells 850,000 Shares at Rp2,010
George Oetomo, a director of the palm oil issuer PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG), has sold 850,000 TAPG shares at a price of Rp2,010 per share, bringing the total transaction value to Rp1.7 billion.
According to information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), as reported on Tuesday (1/9/2026), the transaction took place on 27 August 2026. Following this transaction, his ownership in TAPG stands at 0.27%.
During that day’s trading, TAPG shares closed at the level of Rp2,050 per share, representing an increase of 4.33%. However, no further explanation was provided regarding the reasons for the share sale by the TAPG director.
TAPG itself recorded a net profit of Rp2.04 trillion for the first half of 2026, an increase of 20.43% year-on-year. Due to this performance, basic earnings per share rose to Rp103 at the end of the second quarter of 2026, up from Rp85 at the end of the second quarter last year.
As of 30 June 2026, TAPG held total assets of Rp14.82 trillion, an increase from Rp14.69 trillion as of 31 December 2025. The company’s total liabilities stood at Rp2.89 trillion at the end of June 2026, down from Rp3 trillion at the end of December 2025. Meanwhile, total equity was recorded at Rp11.93 trillion as of the end of June 2026, up from Rp11.68 trillion at the end of 2025.
TAPG’s cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period were Rp1.7 trillion as of the end of June 2026, an increase from Rp936.38 billion during the same period last year.
