Trio Wanderer arrives in Jakarta

Trio Wanderer, a French group of three classical musicians,
will perform here on Nov. 16.

Trio Wanderer, with Vincent Coq on piano, Guillaume Sutre on
violin and Raphael Pidoux on cello, was founded in 1987 in Paris.

The Trio, prize winners from such prestigious festivals as the
Menuhin in Paris, the Konzertgesellschaft in Munich and Trio ARD
contest in Munich, include in their repertoire Antonin Dvorak's
Trio Dumky and Dimitri Chostakovitch's Trio No.2.

During their Jakarta performance at the Yamaha Music Indonesia
auditorium the three musicians will present Hadyn's Trio Hob XV
18, Beethoven's Trio Op.70 No.1 and Ravel's Trio en la mineur.
The concert is being organized by the French Cultural Center, the
Music Educational Foundation (Yayasan Pendidikan Musik) and by
Yamaha Music Indonesia. (als)
