Trimegah Karya Pratama (UVCR) Turns Loss into Profit in Q1 2026
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The issuer managing the digital shopping voucher platform, PT Trimegah Karya Pratama Tbk (UVCR) or Ultra Voucher, successfully turned a loss into a profit in the first quarter of 2026, in line with growth on the top-line side.
UVCR recorded net sales of Rp 330.1 billion for the period ending 31 March 2026. This figure grew by 44.3 per cent compared to the same period the previous year, which stood at Rp 228.7 billion. In line with the revenue increase, the cost of goods sold also rose to Rp 315.1 billion from Rp 219.9 billion previously.
A significant achievement was evident in the net profit for the year, which reached Rp 4.3 billion. This represents a drastic jump compared to the period ending 31 March 2025, when the company still recorded a net loss of Rp 1.1 billion.
The profit increase had a positive impact on the company’s Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS), now valued at a positive Rp 2.13 per share. In comparison, for the same period last year, the basic earnings per share was at Rp 0.57 per share.
The company’s gross profit was also recorded to rise to Rp 15 billion compared to Rp 8.8 billion the previous year.
As of 31 March 2026, UVCR demonstrated strengthening in its asset quality. Total assets increased to Rp 271.3 billion, up 25 per cent from the position at the end of December 2025, which was Rp 217 billion.
The company recorded a surge in its cash and bank position, namely Rp 49.7 billion as of March 2026, compared to the December 2025 position of only Rp 1.8 billion.
Total liabilities were recorded at Rp 163.5 billion, up from the end-of-2025 position of Rp 113.4 billion. This increase was primarily driven by a rise in customer advances to Rp 90.1 billion.
The company’s total equity grew to Rp 107.9 billion compared to the December 2025 position of Rp 103.6 billion, driven by the accumulation of the current period’s profit balance.
UVCR’s management stated that the company’s performance in the first quarter of 2026 reflects a strong commitment to maintaining the company’s performance and transparency to shareholders.
