Tridana sets Rp 30b loan

HONG KONG (Reuter): PT Tridana Pratama Finance has mandated
BII Capital Markets to arrange a Rp 30 billion revolving
underwriting facility, Bank Internasional Indonesia said.

The facility has a tenor of two years and pays a committed
margin of 0.75 percent per annum. The reference rate is 3.25
percent per annum plus Average Managers Time Deposit Rate
(divided by 1 minus reserve requirement).

The Average Managers Time Deposit Rate is quoted from the
Managers counter deposit rate four business days before the
draw down.

Underwriting fees are 50 basis points for committing Rp 3-5
billion, 62.5 basis points for committing Rp 5-9 billion, and 75
basis points for committing over Rp 9 billion.

An underwriting group is being formed.
