TransTRACK CEO Anggia Meisesari Earns International Recognition from Investing in Women
Jakarta – Founder and CEO of TransTRACK, Anggia Meisesari, has been selected as one of three female entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia to be featured in the GLI in Action Case Study Series. Launched by Investing in Women, an initiative supported by the Australian Government through Australian Aid, the series was released to mark Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) Day. The recognition was given for Anggia’s leadership in building TransTRACK as a technology company that drives the digitalisation of fleet operations through its Fleet Operation Optimizer and Supply Chain Integrator solutions, thereby contributing to the digital transformation of the logistics industry in Indonesia. Under Anggia’s leadership, TransTRACK has grown into a technology company providing digital solutions for fleet operations and supply chains. The company is now trusted by more than 1,200 corporate customers across Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. By leveraging Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data analytics, TransTRACK helps various industrial sectors improve operational efficiency, fleet visibility, supply chain management, safety, and data-driven decision-making. The GLI in Action Case Study Series aims to highlight women business leaders in Southeast Asia who have built innovative companies while creating economic and social impact. The programme also addresses the challenges women still face in growing their businesses, ranging from limited access to funding and business networks to gender bias, particularly in male-dominated sectors. In addition to Anggia’s success in building TransTRACK, the report also highlights the company’s growth journey, which received early-stage investment support from YCAB Ventures. This investment resulted in an exit with a return of 8.6 times the initial investment value, reflecting sustainable business growth and demonstrating the potential of Indonesian technology companies to create value for investors. Founder and CEO of TransTRACK, Anggia Meisesari, stated that this recognition serves as a reminder that innovation and leadership are not determined by gender, but by the courage to deliver solutions that address industry challenges. ‘It is an honour to be part of the GLI in Action Case Study Series. For me, this recognition shows that innovation can come from anyone, including women who choose to work in industries that are still predominantly male. I hope more women will dare to seize opportunities, build solutions, and lead change in the fields they believe in,’ said Anggia. According to Anggia, the ongoing digital transformation in the logistics sector is opening up greater opportunities for new innovations. As a growing and increasingly digitised industry, logistics requires collaboration and diversity of perspectives to deliver solutions that are more adaptive to the ever-changing needs of the business world. ‘This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of the entire TransTRACK team, who continue to innovate every day, and the trust from YCAB Ventures, who supported us from the early stages. That support became a crucial foundation for TransTRACK’s growth, enabling us to continue delivering technology solutions that support digital transformation in the logistics industry,’ Anggia added. Amid the acceleration of digital transformation and the growth of an innovation-based economy, diversity in leadership is becoming an important factor in creating relevant and sustainable solutions. This recognition from Investing in Women also affirms that when women are given equal opportunities to lead and innovate, the impact is felt not only by businesses but also by the broader industry and economy.
