I am disappointed at the way the Kopaja (T-52) minibus drivers
on the Tanah Abang-Kampung Rambutan route treat their passengers.
The problem is that when a bus returns from Tanah Abang to
Kampung Rambutan, the driver almost invariably stops at Kampung
Melayu (the half-way point) and refuses to take the passengers to
the Kampung Rambutan terminal, which is the correct destination.

The transportation authorities and the Organization of Land
Transportation Companies should take action against the
recalcitrant drivers.
