TransJakarta Suspends 13 Routes and Diverts 8 Services Tonight
TransJakarta has adjusted its services in response to the closure of the road in front of the DPR/MPR building. The operator has suspended some services and diverted others as a result of the closure of Jalan Gatot Subroto.
Ayu Wardhani, Head of the Public Relations and CSR Department at TransJakarta, said the affected services are in the area of the DPR/MPR building up to the Tanah Abang area in Central Jakarta.
“In connection with the dynamic conditions on the ground, we would like to inform you that tonight 21 routes are affected during the expression of opinion and the road closure in the DPR/MPR and Tanah Abang areas,” said Ayu on Thursday (27/8/2026).
The TransJakarta service adjustments came into effect at 19:30 WIB. Adjustments were also made for the Mikrotrans urban transport services.
The following are the 21 TransJakarta and Mikrotrans service adjustments:
- Suspended operations (13 routes)
Mikrotrans & Integration: JAK.11, JAK.12, JAK.14, JAK.54, 8C, 8N.
BRT & Main Integration: 1B (St. Palmerah - Tosari), 1F, 3F, 10H.
- Route diversions (8 routes)
Transjabodetabek: SH2 (via toll road, bypassing DPR/MPR-Slipi), T11, T31, S01, P11.
BRT & Integration: 9, 9A, JAK.102 (diverted in the Gerbang Pemuda - Kota Bambu area and Jl. Hj. Nawi).
- Route shortening (1 route)
- TransJ 8E (Kebayoran Lama - Jelambar): Only serving up to Kebayoran - Asia Afrika (not passing MPR 1, MPR 2, and Petamburan).
“We urge customers to continue updating service information through the TJ:Transjakarta application and TransJakarta social media,” she said.
