To provide greater comfort, boarding this bus now feels more exclusive with advance seat booking. This innovation allows passengers to avoid queues and plan their journeys more effectively. “We are introducing this expansion of the Royaltrans seat booking service to provide greater certainty and comfort for customers, particularly in daily mobility from satellite areas to the city centre. To book seats, passengers simply need to use the TJ:Transjakarta app. Customers can make ticket reservations up to seven days before departure starting at 12.00 WIB, enabling more thorough trip planning and ensuring seat availability according to their needs. In its implementation, Transjakarta has set several service provisions, including personal tickets valid for the selected schedule, the obligation to arrive early for check-in, and policies on cancellations and refunds.
