Transjakarta Operations Director Appointed as CEO of PT Pos Indonesia

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Daud Joseph, who previously served as Director of Operations and Safety at PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta), has been appointed as President Director of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). This is based on the decision of the shareholders, as stipulated in the Shareholders’ Decision of PT Pos Indonesia Number 168 of 2026 / SK.065/DI-DAM/DO/2026 dated 11 March 2026. “The management and all Transjakarta personnel express thanks for the dedication and contributions of Daud Joseph during his tenure at Transjakarta, particularly in strengthening the operational and safety aspects of services,” said Transjakarta President Director Welfizon Yuza in his statement in Jakarta on Tuesday. Daud Joseph has served as Director of Operations and Safety at Transjakarta since April 2023. He is a professional in the transportation field with a background in Metallurgical Engineering from Universitas Indonesia and a Master’s in Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. During his service, he played a role in strengthening the operational system of public transportation services in Jakarta. Various initiatives were implemented, from improving safety standards and strengthening operational governance to developing more integrated transportation services for customers. Welfizon added that Transjakarta ensures that service operations to customers continue to run optimally and remains committed to delivering public transportation that is safe, comfortable, and reliable for the people of Jakarta.
