Transjakarta Opens Special Routes to Pulo Gebang During 2026 Eid Return Flow
JAKARTA - PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) is adding special bus services during the 2026 Eid return period, focused on supporting passenger mobility to and from the Integrated Pulo Gebang Terminal. Head of Public Relations and CSR at Transjakarta, Ayu Wardhani, stated that the addition of these routes is intended to anticipate a surge in passengers at the intercity interprovincial (AKAP) bus terminal. “We understand that comfortable access to the terminal is a key factor in smooth mudik and return journeys. Through these EID routes, we provide safe and integrated transport options, including in the early hours when terminal activity increases,” Ayu said in an official statement on Wednesday (25/3/2026). Transjakarta is deploying large buses to accommodate passenger needs, including those carrying luggage.
