Transjakarta Opens Route 10C, Special Shuttle for Returning Travellers to Tanjung Priok Port

JAKARTA – PT Transjakarta (Jakarta Transportation) has reopened Route 10C as a dedicated shuttle service for holiday travellers using sea vessels. The route connects Tanjung Priok Port and operates from 13-29 March 2026.

Transjakarta’s President Director, Welfizon Yuza, stated that the route was created to facilitate traveller mobility via maritime channels. “We want travellers to reach their destinations safely, comfortably and on time,” explained Welfizon.

In addition to Route 10C, Transjakarta has also extended operating hours for several routes serving intercity train stations, including Gambir Station and Pasar Senen Station. “Transit stations will have their operating hours extended until 23:59 WIB during the period of 25-29 March 2026,” said Welfizon.

Furthermore, Transjakarta has prepared tour buses serving routes to popular locations throughout Jakarta. Regular services will operate from 05:00 to 23:59 WIB, whilst dedicated tour buses operate from 10:00 to 17:00 WIB.

On the first day of Eid al-Fitr (21 or 22 March 2026), bus operations will commence later in the day. Buses will begin operating at 09:00 WIB to allow drivers and field personnel to observe Eid prayers.

Additionally, residents can enjoy Transjakarta services at a reduced fare of 1,000 Indonesian rupiah on Eid al-Fitr day.
