Transjakarta Director Daud Joseph Appointed as CEO of PT Pos

Daud Joseph has been appointed as the President Director of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) based on the shareholders’ decision outlined in Shareholders’ Decision Number 168 of 2026/SK.065/DI-DAM/DO/2026 dated 11 March 2026. In line with this, Daud has officially resigned from his position as Director of Operations and Safety at PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta). Quoting an official statement from Transjakarta on Wednesday (25/3/2026), during his tenure at Transjakarta, Daud played a key role in strengthening the operational system of public transportation services in Jakarta. Various initiatives were implemented, ranging from improving safety standards, enhancing operational governance, to developing more integrated transportation services for customers. Transjakarta’s President Director, Welfizon Yuza, expressed appreciation for Daud Joseph’s contributions and dedication during his time as part of Transjakarta’s board of directors. “The management and all Transjakarta personnel extend thanks for Mr Daud Joseph’s service and contributions while carrying out his duties at Transjakarta, particularly in strengthening the operational and safety aspects of services. We pray for and fully support his new mandate as President Director of Pos Indonesia,” said Welfizon. Daud Joseph has served as Director of Operations and Safety at Transjakarta since April 2023. He is a professional in the transportation field with a background in Metallurgical Engineering from Universitas Indonesia and a Master’s in Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. During his service, he actively promoted service development and strengthened operational safety aspects at Transjakarta. Transjakarta ensures that service operations for customers continue to run optimally and remains committed to providing safe, comfortable, and reliable public transportation for the people of Jakarta.
