Transjakarta Corridor 13 buses delayed by up to 39 minutes on Monday morning
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Transjakarta reported that Corridor 13 (Puri Beta–Petukangan) buses, covering routes 13B (CBD Ciledug–Tegal Mampang) and L13E (Puri Beta–Pancoran), experienced significant delays on Monday morning due to heavy vehicle congestion at Puri Beta 2 and around the JORR underpass.
“This caused the travel time from Puri Beta 2 to Petukangan, which normally takes just 7 minutes, to increase drastically to 39 minutes during the Monday morning rush hour,” said Transjakarta’s Head of Public Relations and CSR, Ayu Wardhani, in Jakarta on Monday.
She said the situation led to a build-up of passengers and longer-than-usual queues at bus stops.
In addition to Transjakarta’s main fleet, the Mikrotrans JAK107 feeder service (Jembatan Garden–Puri Beta) also experienced significant delays.
“We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience experienced by passengers during this morning’s commute. We ask for your continued patience and encourage you to stay updated on service information through the TJ: Transjakarta app and Transjakarta’s official social media channels,” Ayu said.
The delay on Corridor 13 was not the first such occurrence. A similar incident previously took place on Monday, 9 February 2026, caused by the same congestion issues.
