Jakarta — The Transjakarta Corridor 10 (Tanjung Priok-PGC) bus fleet experienced delays on Friday afternoon following a container truck overturning in the Cilincing area, which severely impacted traffic flow through to Tanjung Priok Terminal.

“The Transjakarta Corridor 10 (Tanjung Priok-PGC) service is currently experiencing disruptions in the form of delayed bus arrivals,” stated Ayu Wardhani, Head of Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility at Transjakarta, in Jakarta on Friday.

Wardhani said that field personnel were continuously working to manage operations so that the bus service could resume optimal passenger service.

“We apologise for the inconvenience experienced. Our field personnel continue to work to manage operations to serve customers as effectively as possible amid traffic congestion,” she said.

Meanwhile, the Mikrotrans JAK 113 service (Rusun Sindang Koja-Kampung Sawah) implemented a route diversion due to cargo loading and unloading activities at Tanjung Priok Port, which caused traffic congestion.

This service temporarily ceased serving bus stops from Pos 9 Pelabuhan JICT through to Jalan Kalibaru Barat IV.

Another route, Corridor 11D (Pulo Gebang-Pulo Gadung), also implemented a route diversion due to traffic congestion in the PIK area caused by merchant and visitor activity.

This route temporarily ceased serving bus stops from PGP through to Pospol in both directions.
