TransJakarta Bus Driver Involved in Head-On Crash on the Skyway Lane Becomes a Suspect

However, the driver, who claimed to have briefly dozed off while driving (microsleep), was not detained. ‘(The driver) is currently not in detention. The legal process is ongoing,’ Komaruddin said. For his actions, Y is suspected of violating Article 310(2) of Law Number 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transport. He faces a penalty of up to one year imprisonment and/or a Rp2,000,000 fine for causing minor injuries to a victim and damage to vehicles.
