TransJakarta Bus Driver Involved in Head-On Crash on the Skyway Lane Becomes a Suspect

For his actions, Y is suspected of violating Article 310(2) of Law Number 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transport. He faces a penalty of up to one year imprisonment and/or a Rp2,000,000 fine for causing minor injuries to a victim and damage to vehicles.
