Transjakarta and MikroTrans Services to Start at 9am WIB on Eid al-Adha

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) adjusts operating hours for Eid al-Adha 1447 Hijriah on Wednesday, 27 May 2026. All Transjakarta services will start at 9am WIB.

Previously, regular Transjakarta services typically began at 5am WIB. The adjusted operating hours apply to all services, including Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) corridors, Non-BRT routes, and MikroTrans.

‘Transjakarta continues to strive for adaptive public transport services that meet public needs. This operational adjustment for Eid al-Adha ensures service continuity while allowing staff to observe religious duties,’ said Ayu in a statement on Tuesday, 26 May 2026.

Ayu added that the policy was implemented considering customer needs to ensure optimal public transport operations during Eid al-Adha.

Transjakarta urges the public to adjust travel times and plan journeys in advance during the service adjustment period.
