TransJabodetabek bus service on the Blok M-Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Soetta) route is scheduled to commence operations on Thursday, 12 March 2026.

“For TransJabodetabek, we will officially launch it on 12 March at 9 o’clock in the morning,” said Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung at Jakarta City Hall, as quoted by Antara news agency.

The TransJabodetabek bus will depart from Blok M, passing through Sudirman and the MPR/DPR complex, then enter the toll road before making stops at roadside terminals and finally arriving at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

This information was disclosed by PT Transjakarta Director Welfizon Yuza on Wednesday, 4 March 2026.

The passenger drop-off point within the airport terminal will be coordinated by the Jakarta Provincial Government in collaboration with the airport operator.

“There will be cooperation between Transjakarta and Angkasa Pura,” stated Pramono.

Passengers will be charged temporary TransJabodetabek Blok M-Bandara Soekarno-Hatta fares of Rp 2,000 per person from 05:00-07:00 WIB, and Rp 3,500 per person from 07:00 WIB onwards.

The airport bus fares will apply at least until Eid al-Fitr 2026, according to Pramono’s statement.

“Regarding the final ticket price, I have not yet decided, but there will be one. Until Eid al-Fitr, it will remain the same. It turns out that there are three stops to the airport that also have associated costs,” explained Pramono.

Nevertheless, Pramono assured that the TransJabodetabek Blok M-Soekarno-Hatta fares will eventually be more affordable than other transport options to the airport.
