Trans Sulawesi National Road in Donggala Ready to Receive Homecoming Travellers

Vehicles traverse the rehabilitated Trans Sulawesi National Road in Ganti Village, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi, on Sunday, 8 March 2026.

The road, which cuts through hilly terrain and connects Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, and South Sulawesi whilst shortening travel time by up to one hour, has been rehabilitated to provide comfort for road users, particularly in preparation for the Eid al-Fitr homecoming season in 1447 Hijri.

Workers were engaged in levelling newly asphalted sections of the road in Loli Village, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi, on Sunday, 8 March 2026, as part of ongoing rehabilitation efforts to improve road conditions ahead of the holiday period.
