Trans-Java Toll One-Way Extended from Batang to Cikampek, Effective from KM 390–70

Cikampek, VIVA – The traffic engineering for the 2026 Lebaran return flow has been expanded once again. PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT), together with the police, has officially implemented the local one-way system phase 2 from KM 390 on the Batang-Semarang toll road to KM 70 on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road on Monday evening, 23 March 2026.

This policy is applied starting at 20:00 WIB as a follow-up step to ease the increasing vehicle density towards Jakarta.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the company has made various operational adjustments to support smooth traffic flow during the return period.

“JTT, through PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang, fully supports the traffic engineering policy implemented by the Police to alleviate congestion and ensure smooth vehicle flow during the Eid al-Fitr return period. Our field personnel remain on standby to ensure toll road operations continue safely and smoothly,” said Ria.

She emphasised that coordination with the police and stakeholders is being carried out intensively. This is important for monitoring traffic conditions in real-time and determining adjustment steps for engineering if field conditions change.

In addition to focusing on traffic smoothness, JTT also reminds toll road users to prioritise safety aspects during their journeys. Drivers are asked to ensure they are in prime physical condition and that vehicles are roadworthy before starting long trips.

Road users are also urged to ensure sufficient electronic money balance, maintain safe distances, obey traffic signs, and follow instructions from field personnel during the traffic engineering period.
