High volatility is likely to continue until the end of May.

Safety training and emergency response simulations are being implemented as part of efforts to strengthen occupational safety and health (K3) in the new energy and resource recycling sectors.

In addition to ensuring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with industry standards and regulations, companies are also encouraged to implement various safety education programs for workers and partners.

The programs include regular training on K3 procedures, emergency simulations, and education on the use of PPE in the workplace.

This step is being taken in line with the increasing activity in the new energy material processing industry, which has high work risks and requires regular safety supervision.

In this regard, GEM Co., Ltd. conducts safety audits, field inspections, and periodic evaluations of the implementation of K3 procedures in its operational areas.

The CEO of PT QMB New Energy Materials, Pan Hua, said that the implementation of K3 is an important part of industrial operations.

“For us, K3 is a humanitarian investment. We want to ensure that every employee returns home safely to meet their families. This is a non-negotiable priority,” said Pan Hua in Jakarta, Friday (15/5/2026).

According to him, the strengthening of the occupational safety system will continue as the industry develops and the company’s operational capacity increases.

He believes that the success of the industry is not only measured by production achievements, but also by the ability to maintain the safety of workers throughout the operational lines.

The company, which is engaged in the field of recycling technology and new energy materials, is currently developing a number of new energy material processing projects in Indonesia with an environmentally friendly industrial approach and international operational standards. (I-1)
