Traffic Update This Morning: Several Toll Roads Heading Towards Jakarta Congested

Several toll road sections heading towards Jakarta experienced congestion this morning. The congestion is due to high vehicle volumes at various locations, including the Jagorawi Toll Road.

“Jagorawi Toll Road TMII KM 07 - KM 04 towards Cawang is congested due to high traffic volume. Cililitan - Cawang is also congested due to high traffic volume,” stated Jasa Marga via its official X account on Tuesday (9/6/2026).

Additionally, congestion occurred on the Japek Toll Road towards Jakarta this morning, specifically from the Bekasi direction towards Cawang, caused by high vehicle volumes. “Japek Toll Road Tambun KM 19 - Bekasi Timur KM 15 towards Cawang is congested due to high traffic volume,” the company reported.

Meanwhile, traffic on the Janger Toll Road also experienced congestion this morning due to high vehicle volumes. “Janger Toll Road Karawaci KM 22 - KM 19 towards Tomang is congested; Tangerang KM 18 - Kunciran 14 towards Tomang is congested; and Kembangan KM 09 - Kedoya KM 04 is congested,” it added.

Furthermore, traffic on the Jakarta Inner City Toll Road also faced congestion at several points this morning. One such instance occurred at Pancoran towards Kuningan due to heavy vehicle volumes. “Jakarta Inner City Toll Road Cawang - Tebet is congested; Pancoran - Kuningan is congested,” the report stated.
