Traffic police
Traffic police
From Bisnis Indonesia
Whenever a traffic light fails to function a police officer is normally available to direct traffic. I often notice that in such cases, the officer on duty does not carry out the job efficiently and often confuses motorists.
One day I was in my car and approaching a policeman while he was busy directing traffic. From a distance I saw him raise his hand and I assumed that he meant to stop my car. When I was close to him, he shouted angrily and signaled for me to speed up. I wish the police would learn to professionally direct traffic and use proper hand signals. This would distinguish police from hooligans.
