Monitoring by ANTARA at the location at 17:10 WIB showed no congestion points along the stretch from the KM 57 rest area to Cikampek Utama 1 toll gate.

Despite police data indicating that 3,300 vehicles per hour passed through the rest area, traffic congestion had not yet occurred. At the KM 57 rest area, which can accommodate 1,000 vehicles, considerable empty space remained unfilled. Similarly, Cikampek Utama 1 toll gate showed no signs of vehicle queuing.

However, traffic flow on the toll route towards Cirebon was noticeably busier than the route towards Jakarta.

Earlier, Deputy Police Chief General Dedi Prasetyo reported that the number of vehicles crossing the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road had reached 75,000 on the first day of the Eid exodus. According to the Deputy Police Chief, this figure represented an increase compared to the first day of the Eid exodus in 2025.

“The evaluation for the first day showed a 15 percent increase compared to the same day in 2025. This means that last year there were approximately 66,000 vehicles that passed through the toll road section up to KM 57, whilst this year we are already at 75,000,” General Dedi told reporters at the KM 57 rest area of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road on Saturday.

Despite the increased vehicle volume, he assured that traffic flow remained monitored as free-flowing. “From our monitoring, generally speaking it can be said to be fairly smooth, although an increase in traffic flow is already visible,” Dedi said.
