Traffic Management to Be Implemented at Kalibata Heroes' Cemetery Tomorrow, Check the Routes

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub DKI) will implement traffic management around the Kalibata Heroes’ Cemetery (TMP) in South Jakarta tomorrow. Motorists are urged to plan their travel routes accordingly.

The information was shared by Dishub DKI Jakarta on its Instagram account, as seen by detikcom on Wednesday (17/6/2026). The traffic management is being conducted in connection with a series of activities for the Kalibata Heroes’ Cemetery Wreath-Laying Ceremony.

The traffic measures will be enforced on Thursday (18/6), starting at 8:00 AM local time until the event concludes.

“In order to support the smooth running of the Kalibata Heroes’ Cemetery Wreath-Laying Ceremony, traffic management will be implemented in the Kalibata Heroes’ Cemetery area, South Jakarta Administrative City, on 18 June 2026 from 8:00 AM local time until finished,” stated Dishub DKI.

Dishub advised motorists who will be passing near the location to adjust their travel routes to avoid congestion.

“For members of the public who will be passing near the event location, they are advised to pay attention to the applicable traffic management information, adjust their travel routes, obey traffic signs, and follow the directions of officers in the field for the safety of all road users,” wrote Dishub.

The following traffic routes will be subject to management:

• Traffic from the East to West direction

• Traffic from the North direction (Manggarai)

• Traffic from the South direction (Pasar Minggu)

Dishub urged pilgrims not to park their vehicles on the road shoulder and to use the designated parking areas provided.
