When not caused by accidents, traffic jams on toll roads are
often due to hour-long queues that build up at the exit points.

To overcome this problem, I suggest that PT Jasa Marga, the
company that operates the toll roads, provide a team of
collectors to speed up the payments. Signs informing car drivers
to have the exact amount should be installed 100 meters before
the exits and the special exits for exact amount of toll fees
should be more than the current one.

I believe that PT Jasa Marga can come up with a coupon or some
other convenient system for speeding up the payments, as such
coupons can later be exchanged for official receipts at the
exits.

I am also confident that PT Jasa Marga can solve this simple
problem, rather than proposing to hike the toll rates.
