Traffic Diversion on Jl Yos Sudarso, North Jakarta, from 28 August

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub DKI Jakarta) will implement traffic engineering in the Jalan Yos Sudarso area, North Jakarta. The traffic diversion is being carried out due to a project to shift the road separator.

According to the official Instagram account of Dishub DKI Jakarta, the traffic engineering will take place from 28 August to 5 September 2026. The measure is intended to ensure the smooth shifting of the separator or MCB canalisation located on the west side of Jalan Yos Sudarso.

The location of the traffic diversion is precisely after the Plumpang/Tanjung Priok toll exit access. The separator is situated around the Plumpang U-turn.

The separator at the Plumpang/Tanjung Priok toll exit, which was originally joined to the end of the toll ramp, will be shifted two lanes to the east. Subsequently, the flow of vehicles from the Plumpang/Tanjung Priok toll exit, which was originally one lane, will become mixed traffic with three lanes on the left side of the separator and one lane on the right side of the separator.

“Members of the public who will pass around the activity location are urged to pay attention to the applicable traffic engineering information, adjust their travel routes, obey traffic signs, and follow the directions of officers in the field for the safety and smoothness of everyone’s journey,” wrote Dishub DKI.
