Traffic Corps Receives Award from Transport Minister for Successful 2026 Eid Transport Security

The Indonesian National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri) has received an award from Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi. The award was presented in recognition of the hard work and dedication of all personnel in supporting the successful implementation of the 2026 Eid homecoming transport period. The award was handed over during an event held at the NTMC Korlantas Polri building on Friday (26/6/2026). Korlantas Polri Chief Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the presence of the Minister of Transportation and his staff. He stated that the award serves as both a form of recognition and motivation for all personnel who worked tirelessly during Operation Ketupat 2026. Inspector General Agus noted that the success of Operation Ketupat could not have been achieved by a single institution alone, but rather through strong synergy aimed at providing security, safety, order, and smooth traffic flow for the public. He also conveyed that the synergy between Korlantas Polri and the Ministry of Transportation will continue to be strengthened, not only for Operation Ketupat and Operation Lilin, but also across five major traffic operation agendas as part of efforts to improve road safety. Inspector General Agus thanked Minister Dudy and his staff for the award, stating that it is a source of pride and encouragement for all Korlantas Polri personnel to continue improving their service to the public.
