The everyday traffic congestion in Depok, Bogor, needs
addressing. During morning and afternoon peak hours it takes me
half an hour to get to Depok II from the Arief Rachman Hakim
junction.

The congestion is particularly bad in front of the Hero
supermarket and Borobudur store. The traffic problem will go from
bad to worse when the housing complexes near the bank of Ciliwung
River and along Jl. Tole Iskandar have been completed. Most of
the residents in the complexes will have cars. To solve the
traffic problem the local administration should try to get the
necessary funds to build an alternative road to Depok.
