Traffic congestion occurred at several points within the toll road network in Jakarta’s areas ahead of the breaking of fast time. The congestion resulted from an increase in vehicle traffic.

Jasamarga reported significant traffic density on the Inner City Toll Road (Dalkot) in Jakarta on Thursday evening. The density also occurred due to converging vehicle flows on arterial roads or main roads outside the toll network.

“Inner City Toll Road Kapuk KM 21 – Pluit KM 19 CONGESTED, heavy traffic volume heading towards Ancol. Tomang KM 14 – Exit Semanggi/Mampang KM 08+800 CONGESTED, heavy traffic volume on arterial roads,” Jasamarga stated via X @PTJASAMARGA on Thursday (12 March 2026).

Traffic density also occurred on the Semanggi segment from KM 08 to Tebet KM 03, caused by high vehicle volume. Congestion on Dalkot toll road also occurred in the opposite direction, from Cawang towards Tomang, at multiple points.

“Cawang KM 00 – Exit Kuningan/Menteng KM 04+800 CONGESTED, heavy traffic volume on arterial roads. Kuningan KM 06 – Exit Semanggi/Kebayoran KM 07+800 CONGESTED, heavy traffic volume on arterial roads,” the statement continued.

Additionally, congestion occurred on the Senayan segment from KM 09 to Tomang KM 13 due to increased traffic volume heading towards Kebon Jeruk. Congestion also occurred on the Angke segment from KM 18 to Pluit KM 20.

“CAUTION at Senayan KM 08+800 heading towards Tomang; there is an additional entrance lane to Senayan toll booth on lane 1 outer/left shoulder,” Jasamarga added.

On other toll routes, vehicle congestion also occurred on JORR E, specifically from Pulo Gebang towards Jatiasih. Meanwhile, in the opposite direction from TMII to Rorotan, traffic was reported as flowing smoothly.

“Pulo Gebang KM 52 – Cikunir KM 46 CONGESTED, heavy traffic volume heading towards Bekasi. Cikunir KM 45 – Jatiasih KM 43 CONGESTED, heavy traffic volume,” the statement said.

On JORR W2U toll road, vehicle congestion occurred from Joglo KM 12 to Ulujami Interchange KM 16. Traffic was also heavy from Ulujami KM 16 to KM 15+400 heading towards Meruya due to a disabled box truck with tyre failure being handled on lane 1 outer/left shoulder.

“Pondok Pinang KM 19 – Ulujami Interchange KM 16 CONGESTED, heavy traffic volume. Ulujami Interchange KM 16 – Veteran KM 17 CONGESTED, heavy traffic volume,” it added.
