Trade Minister says Makassar commodity prices ahead of Lebaran are stable

ANTARA reports that Trade Minister Budi Santoso visited Pasar Terong in Makassar on Wednesday, 4 March, to review prices and supply of essential goods ahead of Lebaran. The minister said that, based on observations, prices for a number of commodities were stabilising and even below the Highest Retail Price (HET). He added that the government would continue to safeguard prices through price monitoring using the SP2KP system (Sistem Pemantauan Pasar dan Kebutuhan Pokok), which enables authorities to monitor price movements across regions in real time.
