The forum, themed ‘Sustainability Disclosure Standards (SPK) in Building Trust in the Indonesian Capital Market’, aimed to enhance listed companies’ understanding of implementing sustainability disclosure standards aligned with global IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 standards.

Stakeholders emphasised the importance of boards integrating sustainability into business strategies and risk management. BEI is also developing sustainability reporting infrastructure through the SPE-IDXnet system and IDX Sustainability website to provide more transparent and quality ESG data for investors.
