TP Posyandu Supports Recovery of Huntara Residents in North Aceh
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The General Chair (Ketum) of the Tim Pembina (TP) Posyandu, also serving as Ketum of the Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP PKK), Tri Tito Karnavian, supports the recovery of residents in temporary housing (huntara) in North Aceh.
This support is provided through the distribution of social assistance and a joint healthy exercise activity with primary school (SD) children in Langkahan, North Aceh.
“I chose this location because Posyandu Day is important for all of us. The posyandu services reach down to the village levels,” said Tri in a statement received in Jakarta on Thursday.
He conveyed this after the Provision of Assistance from TP Posyandu and TP PKK Central, as well as a Joint Exercise, in the Huntara of Tanjung Dalam Selatan Village, Langkahan Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency, Aceh.
The activity is expected to help meet the needs of residents while boosting the spirit of the community post-disaster.
Tri stated that the presence of TP PKK and the Posyandu Supervisory Team represents the government’s commitment to supporting recovery. The visit also coincides with the Commemoration of National Posyandu Day in 2026.
He explained that posyandu now not only focuses on health services but has evolved into an integrated service hub at the village level, covering six minimum service standards (SPM), namely health, education, public works, people’s housing, social affairs, as well as public order, security, and community protection.
“There should be services provided to the community here, in the form of six minimum service standards, which are the standards of service that must be given to the community,” he said.
According to him, the existence of posyandu services in huntara is important to ensure that the community continues to have access to basic services, especially health services for toddlers, immunisation, vaccination, and general community health checks.
“Posyandu Day unites us all to serve the community in need, through the six SPM, and I thank all parties who have organised this activity,” said Tri.
The assistance from TP PKK Central in the Huntara of Tanjung Dalam Selatan Village consists of three packages of sports equipment, 62 packages of basic necessities (sembako), three packages of reading books, identity cards for two children, learning facilities in the form of three packages of whiteboards, and three packages of learning technology each consisting of three laptops, three screens, and three projectors.
Meanwhile, the assistance from TP Posyandu Central at the same location consists of 180 packages of basic necessities, 298 packages of worship equipment, 298 packages of kitchen and dining utensils, 3,678 pieces of clothing, and 100 packages of snacks for children.
The event was also attended by the Chair of the Aceh Provincial Posyandu Supervisory Team, Marlina Muzakir, the Deputy Chair of the Aceh Provincial Posyandu Supervisory Team, Mukarramah Fadhlullah, the Chair of the North Aceh Regency Posyandu Supervisory Team, Musliana Ismail, as well as officials from TP PKK Central, the Central Posyandu Supervisory Team, and PP Perwosi.
