Toyota Mudik Service Posts and Ready Workshops Support Holiday Travel
STRENGTHENING its commitment to Mobility Solution for All, PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) has deployed 10 Toyota Posko Siaga (service posts) operating 24 hours continuously on mudik routes across Java, Sumatra, Bali, and Sulawesi from 17–29 March 2026. In collaboration with other stakeholders, 297 Toyota ready workshops remain operational during the Eid al-Fitr 2026 holiday period, alongside Toyota Mobile Service (TMS) and Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) available 24 hours.
“Toyota is committed to providing peace of mind for every mobility need across all regions of Indonesia. The Holiday Campaign programme is being conducted again during the Eid al-Fitr 2026 holiday season to ensure customers can drive worry-free to any destination. The services provided extend beyond vehicle servicing to encompass the needs of drivers and their family members, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience,” explained Marketing Director of PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM), Jap Ernando Demily.
OPERATING 24 HOURS ON MUDIK ROUTES
As part of its Total Mobility Solution, Toyota continues to provide various services to ensure customer comfort during travel. One such initiative is the Toyota Holiday Campaign, which has been running for over three decades during the Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, and New Year holiday periods.
With increasingly integrated toll road networks across various regions of Indonesia, customer mudik travel patterns have become more connected and efficient. Consequently, this year, Toyota and its dealership network are again operating 10 Toyota Posko Siaga 24 Jam at various strategic locations along the main routes travelled by holidaymakers.
Toyota has positioned service posts strategically along the primary routes most frequently used by customers, enabling the deployment to provide optimal benefits. For customers who have not yet completed their regular servicing, Toyota Posko Siaga offers routine servicing and minor vehicle repair services.
Toyota vehicle owners can undergo free general vehicle check-ups, which include inspection of tyres, wiper water level, brake system, oil condition, battery, clutch, exterior-interior lamps, and undercarriage. Should any major issues be identified, customers will be advised to have their vehicles towed to the nearest official Toyota workshop for more comprehensive repairs.
This service is also available to users of electrified vehicles, including Toyota Hybrid EVs. With labour charges and genuine spare parts priced the same as official Toyota workshops, customers receive an additional benefit of a 25% discount on labour costs. Additionally, tyre replacement and free TMO Glass Cleaner services are available specifically at the Toyota Posko Siaga in Cikampek KM 57.
Toyota Posko Siaga provides facilities for customers to rest during their journey. Facilities include adequate parking, a clean and comfortable air-conditioned rest area or lounge equipped with free WiFi, satellite television, automatic massage chairs, light refreshments, toilets, and a children’s play area. Furthermore, customers have the opportunity to receive Rp100,000 (approximately £5) in e-money from mTOYOTA whilst stocks last, subject to terms and conditions.
Meanwhile, 297 Toyota ready workshops will continue to provide normal workshop services during the Eid al-Fitr 2026 holiday and national joint leave period. Customers will not face difficulties when seeking routine servicing or repairs during their journey, as the network of official Toyota workshops is distributed across most regions of Indonesia. There are no additional charges for all services provided, whether General Repair or Body & Paint services.
