Toyota Indonesia Showcases Hilux Rangga at GIICOMVEC 2026

Jakarta (ANTARA) - At the Gaikindo Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle (GIICOMVEC) 2026 exhibition, PT Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) brought a variety of Hilux Rangga models designed as flexible and reliable business mobility solutions in Indonesia. “At GIICOMVEC 2026, we want to show that Hilux Rangga is not just a commercial vehicle, but a business solution that can be customised for various needs, from UMKM logistics, agriculture, public services, to mining,” said Marketing Director of PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM), Bansar Maduma at JIExpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta, on Wednesday. He continued that this light commercial vehicle, produced by Toyota with Indonesian characteristics through its naming, is designed as a flexible commercial vehicle with conversion capabilities according to customer needs, for both private and fleet use. This commercial vehicle also provides flexibility for business owners through two transmission options that can be adjusted to requirements, such as diesel and petrol engines. To provide even more diverse solutions needed by consumers in Indonesia, PT TAM has collaborated with 80 local body manufacturers to present various conversion solutions according to specific customer needs. “Hilux Rangga embodies the vision of Multi Solution for All. Supported by guarantees of Durability, and Reliability (QDR), as well as Toyota’s comprehensive Total Mobility Solution ecosystem, from extensive workshop networks, availability of spare parts, to ease of financing access, we want to deliver solutions that allow customers to run their businesses more worry-free,” said Marketing Director of PT TAM, Hiroyuki Oide. Therefore, they presented various converted displays with different Hilux Rangga models that not only support logistics needs but also various business sectors and public services.
