Toyota Deploys 10 Service Posts and 297 Standby Workshops During Eid 2026 Holiday Period
PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) is preparing various after-sales services to support travel during the mudik (homecoming) and Eid holiday period in 2026.
Through the “Toyota Holiday Campaign” programme, the company is establishing 10 24-hour service posts operating along several strategic mudik routes on the islands of Java, Sumatra, Bali, and Sulawesi from 17–29 March 2026.
Additionally, 297 standby workshops will remain operational throughout the Eid holiday period and public holidays.
“Toyota is committed to providing peace of mind for every mobility need of people across all regions of Indonesia. The Holiday Campaign programme is being brought back for the Eid holiday in 2026 to ensure customers can drive with confidence to their various destinations,” said Ernando in Cikampek, West Java, on Monday 16 March 2026.
The Toyota Holiday Campaign programme has been running for more than three decades and is regularly organised during extended holiday periods such as Eid, Christmas, and New Year.
As road toll networks become increasingly interconnected across various regions of Indonesia, Toyota is strategically positioning service posts along heavily-travelled mudik routes.
These facilities can be utilised by customers requiring routine servicing or minor repairs during their journey.
At these posts, Toyota vehicle owners can undergo free vehicle inspections. Checks include tyre condition, windscreen wiper fluid, braking system, oil, battery, clutch, exterior and interior lighting, and undercarriage components.
If damage requiring further treatment is discovered, the vehicle will be recommended for transportation to the nearest official Toyota workshop using the towing service.
Beyond technical services, the service posts also provide rest facilities for customers, including parking areas, air-conditioned waiting rooms, free wifi, satellite television, automatic massage chairs, light refreshments, toilet facilities, and a children’s play area.
Customers who activate the mTOYOTA application at the service post locations also have the opportunity to obtain e-money vouchers worth Rp 100,000, whilst supplies remain available.
For its part, Toyota is ensuring that its official workshop network continues to serve customers throughout the Eid holiday period. A total of 297 standby workshops will remain open normally, allowing customers to conduct routine servicing or vehicle repairs during their mudik journey or at their destination.
Toyota states that all workshop services are provided at no additional cost, whether for general repairs or body and paint services.
