TOWR's Net Profit Rises 10.28% in 2025, Reaching Rp 3.67 Trillion

JAKARTA – PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) recorded double-digit net profit growth throughout 2025. Based on the 2025 fiscal year financial report, the net profit attributable to the parent entity of TOWR reached Rp 3.67 trillion, up 10.28% year-on-year from Rp 3.33 trillion in 2024. On the revenue side, TOWR booked Rp 13.32 trillion, or a 4.65% YoY growth compared to Rp 12.73 trillion in the previous year. Operationally, TOWR’s operating profit was recorded at Rp 3.67 trillion in 2025, or a 3.19% YoY increase. In comparison, operating profit in 2024 was recorded at Rp 7.26 trillion. As of 31 December 2025, TOWR’s total assets reached Rp 77.26 trillion, with total liabilities and equity also amounting to Rp 77.26 trillion overall. Director & Chief of Staff as well as Group Investor Relations of Sarana Menara Nusantara, Hartono Tanuwidjaja, stated that the company continues to focus its strategy on operational excellence and continuous improvement. He added that one of TOWR’s strengths is its position as an independent provider of digital telecommunications infrastructure with integrated services in Indonesia. According to him, the latest industry developments, including the merger between XL Axiata and Smartfren, open up new growth opportunities for the company, particularly through expansion into 5G networks and improvements in service quality.
