TOWR Subsidiary Extends Tenor of Rp500 Billion Loan from QNB Bank

PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk’s (TOWR) subsidiary has extended the tenor of a loan facility from Bank QNB Indonesia. The loan will be utilised by PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia, PT Iforte Solusi Infotek and PT Iforte Energi Nusantara (IEN).

“On 12 March 2026, QNB as the lending party, and Protelindo, Iforte and IEN as the borrowers, signed an Amendment to the Credit Facility Agreement regarding the extension of the facility tenor,” said Sarana Menara Nusantara Company Secretary Monalisa Irawan in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on 12 March 2026.

According to Monalisa, this transaction is an affiliate transaction because the borrowing parties are entities controlled by TOWR. “This credit agreement is neither a conflict of interest transaction nor a material transaction,” Monalisa clarified. She added that the transaction does not result in material negative impacts or losses to operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition or business continuity.

On Friday (13 March 2026), TOWR shares closed down 2.16% at Rp452 per share. Over the past five days, TOWR shares have declined 4.24%.
