Tower Capital Asia Announces Majority Stake Investment in V-Key — Market Leader in Digital Identity and Application Security Solutions

Singapore (ANTARA/PRNewswire) — Tower Capital Asia (“TCA”) has announced a strategic majority stake investment in V-Key (“the Company”), a provider of digital identity and Mobile Application Protection and Security (“MAPS”) solutions focused on the Asia-Pacific region.

The investment reflects TCA’s confidence in V-Key’s technology leadership and product capabilities, particularly amid surging demand for secure and seamless digital experiences in the financial services sector and the digital economy.

V-Key’s unified platform assists banks, fintech companies and various enterprises in conducting secure onboarding, authenticating access, and protecting mobile applications and transactions. Currently, V-Key’s technology supports and protects more than 300 customer applications across 15 countries, including some of the largest financial institutions in Asia-Pacific.

Designed with a software-based security architecture, the platform supports efficient implementation and easy scalability, enabling institutions to expand digital services across Asia-Pacific and international markets.
