Tower Bersama Infrastructure AGM approves Rp1.06 trillion dividend
Telecommunication tower issuer PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) has approved a cash dividend distribution of Rp1.06 trillion, or Rp47 per share, for the 2025 financial year during its annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM). The company’s dividend payout ratio is equivalent to 74% of its net profit, which amounted to Rp1.42 trillion for the 2025 financial year. TBIG Director Helmy Yusman Santoso stated that the Rp47 per share dividend will be distributed on 9 July 2026 to all shareholders registered on the recording date of 22 June 2026. The shares will trade cum dividend until 18 June 2026. In addition, shareholders approved a plan to issue notes in foreign currency with a total principal amount of up to $900 million. The debt issuance will be carried out in one or more issuances within 12 months from the date of AGM approval, through offerings to investors outside the Republic of Indonesia, constituting a material transaction under Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020. Throughout 2025, TBIG recorded revenue growth of 0.61% year-on-year to Rp6.9 trillion, compared to Rp6.86 trillion at the end of 2024. Net profit grew 4.79% year-on-year to Rp1.42 trillion in 2025, up from Rp1.36 trillion the previous year. The company’s performance continues to be supported by its core tower leasing business, with major revenue contributors including large operators such as PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), and PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (EXCL).
