Towards WBBM, South Tangerang Land Office Holds Evaluation Interview with ATR/BPN Ministry

The South Tangerang City Land Office (Kantah Tangsel) held an online Desk Evaluation Interview for the 2026 Integrity Zone towards a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM) proposal yesterday. Head of Kantah Tangsel Seto Apriyadi told reporters today at the office that this stage is carried out for WBBM candidate work units where, based on the Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) assessment, further exploration and verification of the Integrity Zone implementation against the submitted evidence is still required. “The mechanism for the desk evaluation interview includes a live office tour, material presentation, and in-depth material review by the Internal Assessment Team or the Ministry of ATR/BPN,” Seto stated. Seto said his team delivered a presentation on the objectives of Integrity Zone development, strategic issues, service performance, service innovations, and the changes that have occurred since the South Tangerang City Land Office achieved the WBK status in 2023. “After achieving WBK in 2023, Kantah Tangsel has been consistent in improving services, behind-the-scenes staff performance, and infrastructure in a PASTI manner,” he said. All these transformation efforts, Seto continued, lead to one valid success indicator: increased public trust. Seto added that through close supervision, regular monitoring and evaluation, and full commitment from leadership to implementers, the South Tangerang City Land Office is ready to step higher, maintain integrity, and achieve the Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM) title. “With the implementation of this Desk Evaluation Interview, I and all staff are ready to accept whatever results have been determined by the Internal Assessment Team or TPI of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, and strive to continue improving everything that is not yet perfect,” Seto concluded.
