Tourist drowns while snorkeling

MANILA (AFP): A Korean tourist drowned while snorkeling off a
popular Philippine resort town south of here, the coast guard
said yesterday.

Lee Kyung Hoon, whose age and hometown in South Korea were not
immediately available, was snorkeling with two Korean friends off
the resort of Puerto Galera when he drowned last Friday, coast
guard operations center officer-in-charge Joseph delos Reyes
said.

His body was recovered several hours after, he added.
