Top! XLSMART Delivers Broader and More Responsible Connectivity
PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (XLSMART) has achieved four national recognitions. These accolades reflect XLSMART’s performance in the fields of business, sustainability, women’s empowerment, and corporate communications.
These four recognitions are part of XLSMART’s transformation journey towards building a telecommunications company that grows sustainably while providing tangible benefits to customers and society. This commitment is realised through the development of Responsible Digital Infrastructure, which is currently supported by more than 265,000 Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) and 5G networks across 53 cities, further strengthened through service development, sustainable business practices, and various digital empowerment programmes.
This strengthening is part of XLSMART’s efforts to provide increasingly broad, fast, stable, and reliable connectivity, while addressing the evolving needs of the Indonesian people. The Director & Chief Regulatory Officer of XLSMART, Merza Fachys, stated that these four recognitions are not the end goal, but rather a way to reaffirm the commitment to building Responsible Digital Infrastructure, which encompasses business and network strengthening, sustainability, community empowerment, and transparent and trustworthy communication.
“We are directing this network strengthening to provide a more consistent customer experience in accessing digital services, working, studying, communicating, enjoying entertainment, and conducting business activities. We appreciate the trust given to us and view this achievement as both motivation and a challenge to continue providing better and broader benefits for customers and the community,” Mer/a Fachys said in a written statement on Monday (28/9/2026).
Moving forward, XLSMART will continue to strengthen its network and expand digital services sustainably, while ensuring that the company’s growth provides wider benefits for customers, society, and the Indonesian digital ecosystem. This approach is part of XLSMART’s effort to build Responsible Digital Infrastructure—combining connectivity quality, innovation, sustainability, governance, and digital inclusion into a single growth agenda.
The four awards include: 29th place in the Fortune Indonesia 100 2026, the KESGI Award 2026 for the Telecommunications sector, The Sraya Recognition in the Future Forward category through Sisternet, and Indonesia PR of the Year 2026.
