Toll safety

From Kompas

There have been increasing practices recently of prying off automobile side mirrors in West Jakarta's Tomang-Kebon Jeruk toll road segment. These criminal acts are usually committed when it rains heavily during the day or in the afternoon when there is dense traffic along this segment of the toll road. It is only proper, therefore, that the toll road management or security officers intensify security.

Also, it is often the case that the management of Kebon Jeruk toll road does not prioritize the comfort of toll road users. Even during afternoon peak hours, tickets must be collected from the counter. If only the toll-counter officers could take the initiative to distribute tickets outside the counter, traffic density could be eased and criminal acts reduced.
