Jasa Marga has also prepared several supporting facilities for user comfort, including rest areas at various strategic points. On the Jagorawi Toll road towards Puncak, rest areas are available at KM 10, KM 35, and KM 45, as well as in the opposite direction at KM 38 and KM 21. Meanwhile, on the route to Bandung, rest areas are available at KM 72, KM 88, and KM 147, and towards Jakarta at KM 149, KM 125, KM 97, KM 88, and KM 72.
Road users are advised to prepare their journeys well, ensure vehicle and driver conditions are optimal, and pay attention to sufficient fuel and electronic money balance.
In addition, users are asked to use the same electronic money card for transactions on closed-system toll roads to avoid issues when exiting the toll gate.
Jasa Marga also reminds the public to continue monitoring the latest traffic information through official channels to ensure smooth and safe homecoming journeys.
Violations against truck operational restrictions are exacerbating congestion.
