As an everyday user of the toll road I have noticed that
traffic jams always occur at the toll gate during peak hours on
either entering or leaving the toll road. This is caused by the
paying mechanism -- you are given a ticket at the entrance at one
end, and payment is made when leaving the gate at the other.

What a slow business! I have to drive 20 to 30 minutes on the
toll road and queue for another 20 to 30 minutes at the gate. So
the idea of using the toll road for a faster route has failed.

In this context, I would like to suggest the toll road
management introduce a sticker costing Rp 3,000. The road users
could buy these stickers every month assuming that they need two
stickers a day. Stickers are not valid on Saturdays and Sundays.
In this case, you could spend Rp 132,000 for stickers.
